Job Description:

We are in need of a New Business Coordinator with the following responsibilities and requirements:

Duties Included:

  • Qualify and managing inbound leads.
  • Identify prospective business by researching our target clients, contacting potential partners and discovering opportunities.
  • Nurture and close new business deals by working with prospects to strategize needs, scope contract requirements, write the proposal and work for a signature.
  • A strong understanding of an agency model is required.
  • Manage sponsor and channel partners as a way to harvest new leads/clients.
  • Maintains a new business prospect database including primary, secondary and general target prospects; records product/market information about each prospect; and regularly updates all contact information.
  • Maintains a new business prospect database including primary, secondary and general target prospects; records product/market information about each prospect; and regularly updates all contact information.
  • Maintain detailed files documenting all contacts with each prospect including mailings, calls, meetings, and correspondence; records all research, reports, sales information or other materials used or created for use in selling the agency to each prospect.
  • Keeps timely contact with prospects through regular emails, mailings, phone calls, and appointments. Follows up on all prospect meetings with emails, thank you cards, etc.
  • Coordinates with Executive Team to schedule prospecting emails/newsletters, search marketing ads and other online tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years’ relevant or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and experience in cross-functional CRM and Lead
  • Strong proposal writing skills
  • Lead generation methods and techniques
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and business professionalism in both written and verbal communication
  • High energy, positive team player
  • Multi-tasker and a self-motivator/starter
  • Strategic thinker
  • Eager and willing to learn new things and stay on top of current marketing trends
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
