As a Web Project Coordinator, you will help our team of marketers, strategists, designers and developers research, plan, and develop websites and ongoing website support for a wide range of businesses and organizations. The Web Project Coordinator position has the opportunity to progress to become a Web Project Manager, Senior Web Project Manager, and beyond.  

Job Description

  • Collaborate between Web Development, Design, Strategy, and Marketing departments to design, development, test, and maintain web support for a variety of clients
  • Help to make strategic recommendations on website performance updates
  • Help manage small website projects from strategy to launch
  • Manage daily web maintenance tasks for a variety clients
  • Organize daily workload and prioritize between small tasks and projects
  • Timeline and scope management for projects and retainers
  • Assists in monthly billing and invoicing review for your clients
  • Communicate and meet virtually with clients regularly
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with clients and internal teams in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage and take delegation well from others.
  • Ability to read and analyze Google Analytic reports to create a comprehensive summary

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of client management
  • 1-2 years relevant experience managing websites or web maintenance projects
  • Agency experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience and familiarity with WordPress CMS
  • Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Highly detailed and results-oriented
  • Resourceful, critical thinker
  • Good team and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Google Analytics proficiency preferred
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets proficiency recommended
