Senior Web Services Manager
As a Senior Web Services Manager, you will help our team of marketers, strategists, designers and developers research, plan, and develop websites and ongoing web support for a wide range of businesses and organizations. The Web Services Manager position has the opportunity to progress to become a Team Lead, and beyond.
Job Description
- Collaborate between Development, Design, Strategy, and Marketing departments to design, develop, test, and maintain web support for a variety of clients
- Plan and develop strategic web roadmaps for clients
- Make strategic recommendations on website performance updates
- Manage small and large website projects from strategy to launch
- Manage daily web maintenance tasks for clients
- Organize daily workload and prioritize between small tasks and larger projects
- Timeline and budget management for projects and retainers
- Assists in monthly billing and invoicing review for your clients
- Ability to lead client and internal meetings
- Ability to communicate activities and results to small, medium and large clients.
- Acts as team lead
- Able to handle challenging clients and situations with clients on their own.
- Ability to support work of any kind with little guidance
- Ability to delegate complex project work with clear instruction and training where needed
- Ability to accurately gauge team bandwidth and help members appropriately share workload
- Able to handle large website projects with confidence and precision
- Ability to delegate complex project work to others.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of similar experience
- At least 3 years of experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Agency experience or similar experience required
- Experience taking a website from strategy to implementation and launch
- WordPress CMS experience or similar required
- GA4 experience preferred
- Microsoft and GSuite proficiency required
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Outstanding written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Highly detailed and results-oriented
- Resourceful and creative, critical thinker
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic
Compensation
- Salary depending on experience starting at $75,000.
